Every answer starts from current numbers.

A pipeline keeps a copy of one connected tool's data up to date, on a schedule you can see. Your projects, research and assistant work from it.

What you get

  • Fresh data, automatically

Each pipeline refreshes its tool's data on a set schedule, without you asking.

  • Timing you can see

Every pipeline shows its last successful update and its next run.

  • Nothing lost on failure

If a sync does not finish, everything synced before stays available.

How it works

  1. Connect a tool

Add the tool on the Connections page.

  2. Start its pipeline

Some start on their own; for others you choose what to sync and how often.

  3. Check or pause it

See when it last ran, sync now, or pause it and resume later.

Questions

How often does my data update?

Each pipeline runs on its own schedule, such as every six hours, daily or weekly. It shows its last successful update and next run.

Can a pipeline change anything in my tools?

No. Pipelines only read from your tools and copy the data into The Block.

How many pipelines can I run?

That depends on your plan. The plans in your account list how many pipelines each one includes.
