Figma integration

Limited availability while provider review is pending

Bring one selected Figma reference into the work

The Block's Figma connection is intentionally narrow: authorize read access, then paste the exact Figma file or frame you want to use as a Design Asset.

What it accesses

  • Basic identity for the Figma user who authorized the connection
  • Read access to the exact file or frame link or key the user submits
  • Metadata and rendered image content needed to store the selected preview

What it does not access

  • No workspace browsing or indexing
  • No writes, comments, edits, publishing, or file creation in Figma
  • No advertising use or model training

How to connect Figma

  1. Sign in to The Block and open Connected tools.
  2. Choose Figma and continue to Figma's authorization screen.
  3. Review the read-only permissions and approve the connection.
  4. Open Design Assets and paste the exact Figma file or frame link you want to import.
  5. Confirm the selected preview. Disconnect from Connected tools or revoke The Block in Figma settings when finished.

Provider review and testing note

Authorized testers can follow the steps above with a Figma file they can already open. The Block cannot discover another file, and a successful test never changes the source file.
