- What if I don't have an online payment solution?
If you have payment terminals in a physical location, this solution may also support online transactions. Check with them and mention that you will be using WooCommerce as your E-Commerce platform.
If you don’t accept in-person payments, we can set up an online payment solution for you, such as Stripe. We can also integrate with Paypal.
- What payment processors do you support?
We can work with any processor that integrates with WooCommerce.
- What shopping cart software do you use?
We use WooCommerce, which is an extremely popular E-Commerce platform for WordPress websites. There are many plugins available to expand it’s capabilities based on your specific needs.
- What are the limits for word count on each page?
The word count limit for each page is 1000 words. Additional text will be charged on a 1-1000 word count basis. (ex: 3500 words on one page would be a charge of 4 pages.) Minor overages may be accepted in certain circumstances.
- Do you provide stock images?
We can provide stock images if requested. However, we recommend using professional images of your business, products, and services to create a more personalized website.
- Can my website include a contact form? What about Call-To-Action modules? Or slideshow?
